Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:
- Timeframe: Return request initiated within 30 days of delivery
- Condition: Unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Packaging: Original packaging intact with all tags attached
- Proof of Purchase: Receipt or order confirmation required
- Sterilization: Items must not have been sterilized or autoclaved
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used surgical instruments
- Sterilized or autoclaved products
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Items without original packaging or tags
How to Initiate a Return

Step 2: Provide your order number and reason for return
Step 3: Await return authorization and shipping instructions
Step 4: Ship the item using the provided return label
Important: Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Defective or Damaged Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

- Provide photographs of the damage or defect
- We will arrange for immediate replacement or full refund
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
