Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Timeframe: Return request initiated within 30 days of delivery
  • Condition: Unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Packaging: Original packaging intact with all tags attached
  • Proof of Purchase: Receipt or order confirmation required
  • Sterilization: Items must not have been sterilized or autoclaved

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used surgical instruments
  • Sterilized or autoclaved products
  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Items without original packaging or tags

How to Initiate a Return

Step 1: Contact us at support@gnsurgical.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your order
Step 2: Provide your order number and reason for return
Step 3: Await return authorization and shipping instructions
Step 4: Ship the item using the provided return label

Important: Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Defective or Damaged Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

  • Provide photographs of the damage or defect
  • We will arrange for immediate replacement or full refund

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

Exchanges

International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged. Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.
