Shipping & Delivery

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free UK shipping on all orders over £40. Orders under £40 are charged at £3.60 (2nd class 48hr) or £4.02 (next-day tracked delivery).

How long does delivery take?

Orders placed before 12pm on a business day are dispatched the same day. Delivery times are:

• Next-day tracked: 1 business day
• 2nd class 48hr: 2-3 business days
• Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, and remote UK areas may take slightly longer.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. International and Eurozone shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applicable in their country.

Can you ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses?

Yes, we support delivery to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

Orders & Returns

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, with all original tags and packaging intact. Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

How do I initiate a return?
