Programme Rules & Terms
- Points Validity: Points are valid for 12 months from the date earned
- Eligibility: Open to all registered retail customers
- Discount Restrictions: Cannot be combined with other discount codes or promotional offers
- B2B/Trade Accounts: Managed separately with dedicated account management
- Returns: Points earned from returned purchases will be deducted from your account
- Account Inactivity: Accounts inactive for 24 months may be subject to review
